DA WEATHA MAN'S MISSION I created this website in 1999 when I first got access to the internet. It has moved from server to server and has finally stopped here at my own domain name. I realize, not just as a weather fanatic, but as a normal human being that knowing weather information is important. Weather effects us everyday - the way we dress, the way we make plans, etc. According to the AMS, about $2 trillion of the US economy is weather sensitive. That's a lot of money. It's not only important that meteorologists predict the weather, it's also important that they and others disseminate the information in a timely matter. What good will forecasts and warnings do if not put out to the public? My mission for this webpage is to disseminate weather information in a quick, easy way that is available 24/7/365 for anyone with internet access. If there is anyway I can make the site better, let me know and I will do the best I can. This page is made on my own time and money.
